She’s feeding her lovey like she sees me feeding her sister. One of the unexpected joys of our breastfeeding journey. For those who don’t know, I wasn’t able to breastfeed E. There were ties and latch issues and eventually it started to feel like I was trying to force her to do something she didn’t want to do. (I now know this girl can’t be forced to do anything!) I pumped like a mad woman and supplied her with enough liquid gold for six months. This time around E is not only learning about the beauty of the natural process, she’s watching me learn too. #breastfeedingjourney #girlmomlife

M is growing like a weed and learning new things each day. I look forward to each new stage of being their mom, and I’m so blessed that God trusted me with these two. ❤️

At the beginning of the summer I invested about $5 in assorted beans (black, navy, red kidney, and split peas). Not only has she had an absolute blast using them for everything from scooping and sorting to “cooking” in her kitchen, these beans have come with the added life lesson of cleaning up messes.
